he went as far as to actually clean the windows of the Plaza Del Sol himself before the ceremony,
and even made sure my daughter remained calm and relaxed by keeping her company before

"We were left wondering where we´d have the wedding with only 8 months to go. We quickly
made a trip over to Santa Barbara and toured the Fess Parker with Paige Reid. Still loving the location,
we were unsure if we would be able to afford it. We went home that night to crunch numbers
and look at the options. We knew being able to have a completely outdoor wedding was important
to both of us and having it at the Fess Parker would allow us to do so by having it in the
Plaza Del Sol. The menu options were great and so much was included in the package itself that
we decided to go for it! I am so glad we did. Chuck, Dora, and our day of coordinator, Debbie
Hews were the core of our dream team for sure!"

"Sometimes in life things go smoothly and other times they don´t. Whatever the case is, it is certainly
easier and more enjoyable to deal with when you are working together with good people. It
is very important to Maytal and I that you are aware of the quality of a person that Chuck Henderson
is. Though some may argue that he is simply doing his job, I would disagree and say that doing
one´s job is the easy part. Chuck, from day one, opened our eyes and ears to what a wonderful
event we could have at this resort. He was polite, informative, creative, resourceful, straight
forward with everything, fun to work with, extremely helpful to us and our families at all times
and showed us numerous times how good hearted he is. Together with his awesome assistant
Brittany (we could talk about her greatness at length - great attitude, prompt, extremely helpful
and knowledgeable, great communicator...), Chuck helped us put together a perfect wedding as
well as rehearsal dinner party the night before. He was very open minded and always responded
to any of our requests with, "We may be able to do something. Let me see what I can do." More
times than not, he came back with good news without breaking the bank."
